The lesion proved to be a marginal zone B-cell lymphoma. The immunohistochemistry was in favor of this diagnosis. Have a nice weekend and thank you for your comments this week. Phillip

I agree the follicles do look reactive; however, I'm not struck by an "inverted follicular pattern". I say a B-cell lymphoma without committing to the marginal zone type.
