Looks like a mixed / grey infiltrate of histiocytes, lymphocytes and plasma cells. As a basic approach you would want to rule out certain L diseases (Lues/syphilis, histopLasma, Leish [not this case], Lupus vulgaris, Lymphoma). How about lymphomatoid granulomatosis? PAS to rule out Histoplasma.
