This case is courtesy of Wayne Grayson. You are all correct. The patient had Hodgkin lymphoma in her lymph nodes and these are cuatenous deposits. Beautiful Reed-Sternburg cell. Fabulous case as skin involvement is so rarely seen (or biopsied). Confirmed with immunohistochemistry. Have a great weekend.

Differentials include Classical Hodegkin's Lymphoma, Anaplastic Large cell and I would add Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma Unspecified. Immunoes required.
