Myxofibrosarcoma of soft tissue - mesenchymal lesion with mxyoid stroma, pleomorphism and curvilinear vessels. I also wondered whether or not there was a history of previous administration of radiation ??

First impression was proliferative fascitis due to the ganglion like cells, but i think ischemic fasciitis is more correct because of the extensive fibrinoid necrosis and vascular proliferation, ganglion like cells may also be seen in ischemic fascitis.
