Reticulohistiocytoma is the correct diagnosis. The giant cells with ground-glass cytoplasm is an absolute give away. It is critical to check whether this is a solitary lesion or if represents part of a systemic disease. Do not be mislead by emperipolesis. Although characteristic of Rosai Dorfman disease, it can be seen in many other conditions. Xanthogranuloma (and its variants) is typified by foamy Touton giant cells.

Adult type xanthogranuloma (based on wreath like multinucleated foamy cells in figs. 2 and 3) is also in differential diagnosis, however I feel that nevertheless both xanthogranuloma and fibrous histiocytoma probably represent a reactive phenomenon.
