Spindle cell lipoma.

[font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif][color=#000000]Mixture of spindle cells and adipose tissue. The fat cells are mature and univacuolated, resembling normal fat. [/color][color=#222222][b]Spindle-cell lipoma[/b]. Absence of lipoblasts (multivacuolated) and giant cells excludes pleomorphic lipoma. The absence of lipoblasts and lack of nuclear atypia exclude liposarcoma.[/color][/font]

Agree with spindle cell lipoma, the presence mast cells appears to be an additional clue.

[font=arial, helvetica, sans-serif][color=#000000]there are spindle cells and adipose tissue, adipocy are mature and univacuolated, with normal fat tisue, and some one mast cell. [/color][/font]
