I am so pleased that you all diagnoses a metastatic tumor. The patient had a known gastric carcinoma and the abdominal wall is commonly affected when this tumor spreads.

I think this is Paraganglioma-like Dermal Melanocytic Tumour. Would need to exclude metastases and Malignant melanoma with IHC of course!

Metastatic (moderately differentiated neuroendocrine tumour) atypical carcinoid (?? from Lung, GI,....) for neuroendocrine markers and CK7, CK20 and TTF1. Clinicoradiological correlation is also required.
