Although as with all dermal spindle cell lesions, immunohistochemistry is essential to make a diagnosis unless an epidermal origin or melanin etc is present. The diagnosis in this example is AFX.

Malignant spindle-cell neoplasm. Cytoplasmic vacuolation makes me think of endothelial differentiation, i.e. angiosarcoma.
