Cicatricial pemphigoid is the correct diagnosis. The scarring is a useful clue. It is quite rare to see an example such as this.

A subepidermal vesico-bullous process with eosinophil-rich blister and some scarring of upper dermis. No leukocytoclasis _ Differentials include bullous pemphigoid, EBA and circatricial pemphigoid. Less likely linear IgA disease.
