Glomeruloid haemangioma..which I understand is distinct from the entity termed reactive angioendotheliomatosis.. I don't think the cells exhibit atypia ruling out KS.

THE DIAGNOSIS IS GLOMERULOID HEMANGIOMA. NOTE: ALWAYS THINK OF POEMS SYNDROME AND MULTICENTRIC CASTLEMAN DISEASE WITH THIS CONDITION, AS IT IS VIRTUALLY PATHOGNOMONIC: ie. S=SKIN CHANGES! THE DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING : GLOMERULOID KAPOSI SARCOMA (FAIRLY NEW ENTITY - 2010) AND TUFTED ANGIOMA.
