This is a very difficult case, largely because I deliberately did not include photographs that would have made the diagnosis obvious. This is only part of the lesion. Elsewhere there were very obvious xanthogranuloma features including conspicuous Touton giant cells. The case was shown so that you could appreciate how DF-like a regressing XG can appear.
