Spitz nevus is correct. The lymphocytic infiltrate is non-specific and of no concern. When thinking of spitzoid melanoma, the usual rules for diagnosis conventional melanoma apply e.g. lack of maturation, excessive mitoses, atypical mitoses etc.

Spitz, I feel the infiltrate is a little bit dense, was there a halo reaction? Or may be traumatized, as there is focal parakeratotic area?
