Sebaceus adenoma is correct. The crateriform aspect is certainly sometimes a feature of Muir-Torre syndrome. There can be quite marked mitotic activity in sebaceus adenoma which is why some folk have blurred the distinction between adenoma and well differentiated carcinoma.

This does look like a sebaceous adenoma. However I am not quite sure whether the mitoses and atypia within the cells is within 'normal' limits for these lesions.
