This is a high grade malignant tumour and I would favour (high grade Non Hodgkin lymphoma, like EBV-positive DLBCL of the elderly or Burkitt),However Immuno for CD20, CD3, CD10, BCL2, BCL6, CD30, EBER, MNF116, CD56, CK20) is required to confirm and to exclude the less likely undifferentiated carcinoma.
