What a lovely case to bring up the quintuple centuary!! You are all far more expert on this sort of thing than me. There has been some error our end because case 500 in my list from Iskander's team is a tumour! I would be happy for the experts below to explain why it is myiasis (a maggot / larva presumably of the bot fly in this instance) - and tell us a little about the intriguing way it travels around!! We only had one (imported) case in Warwick. I had the larva a formalin pot for a few year's then forgot to process it for histology!!
