It is a difficult case and needs a panel of immuno. My differential diagnosis, however, in order includes Rosai Dorfman disease, pediatric non Hodgkin lymphoma (CD30+, or large cell lymphoma) or reactive lymphoproliferative disorder. Does the patient have any other lesions?
