Firstly I must thank Iskander and Richard for looking after the spot diagnoses for me while I was on vacation. This is a very difficult case. I think that Marie came out best. Although at low power examination, there does seem to be a dermatofibroma-like background, at higher power there are multiple cellular nodules shown at high power power in Fig 4. I diagnosed this lesion as a plexiform fibrohistiocytic lesion presenting in the dermis.
