I think it is sebaceous carcinoma
It is obviously malignant with focal necrosis,abnormal mitosis and sparse lipidized cells

Well done, all of you as this is quite difficult. Sabaceous carcinoma is correct. I also would appreciate it if you ant look at difficult case No. 11 and post your comment.
