Angiosarcoma vs. pseudovascular SCC (less likely).

The age and gender of the patient, and the location on the scalp, favors angiosarcoma.

This an excellent case of angiosarcoma and without immunochemistry you can make the diagnosis by the distinctive vasoformative pattern. Well done to all those who contributed!
