I will diagnose this superficial angiomyxoma, myxoid lobules (not very well defined) and containing numerous small vascular spaces and few bland spindle shaped cels.

As far as I know, nerve sheath myxoma and neurothekeoma are two different entities, I've learned it from Drs. Fetsch and Miettenen in AFIP. Interesting division of viewpoints. This is a superficial angiomyxoma. Neurothekeoma would be much more cellular. In this lesion, there are very few spindled cells dispersed within a very abundant myxoid background.
