Some bubbly appearance of the cells is perceived in the 4th image. Favoring sebaceous carcinoma.

Dr. Mckee, Do you believe in sebaceous carcinoma in situ (intraepidermal) or simply all sebaceous carcinomas are carcinomas from the onset?
