very difficult again for me, what I can say, malignant.........possibly chapter of vascular tumors

Also MPNST epithelioid variant, I'm minded with blood vessels in fig. 2 ??

I put this one in to contrast with yesterday's case. It is a MPNST. Note the more severe cytological atypia and multiple mitoses.

Actually most MPNST cases are thought to[color=#231F20] [/color]arise by malignant transformation of a neurofibroma. [color=#231F20][size=3]Tumour cells tend to concentrate around blood vessels. [/size][/color][/color][/font][color="#000000"][color=#231F20][/color][/color]
