Vacuolar interface dermatitis with lymphocytic exocytosis, upper epidermal pallor, scale-crust and erythrocyte extravasation.
I agree with Mucha-Habermann disease / PLEVA.

PLEVA but I would add IHC phenotyping with CD markers for T cell differential + CD30, though.
