Silicone granuloma.

Benign, consistent with silicone reaction / granuloma.

I feel that the bubbly structrures are lipoblasts (which can be confirmed by S-100). In that case liposarcoma..

Sbreast severe silicone granuloma, maybe also on the nose after a rhinoplasty.

I also thought of silicone granuloma.

Numerous round empty spaces of varying size imparting a Swiss cheese appearance. Given the case history, I favor foreign body granuloma to silicone implants.

Favor silicone granuloma (vs. paraffinoma). History of nasal mass may represent cosmetic injection of silicone/paraffin oil at that site as well, as Igor pointed out.
