I feel that the bubbly structrures are lipoblasts (which can be confirmed by S-100). In that case liposarcoma..

Numerous round empty spaces of varying size imparting a Swiss cheese appearance. Given the case history, I favor foreign body granuloma to silicone implants.

Favor silicone granuloma (vs. paraffinoma). History of nasal mass may represent cosmetic injection of silicone/paraffin oil at that site as well, as Igor pointed out.
- Bilateral occurrence in breast; breast masses, mastodynia.
- Not cellular enough for sarcoidosis or idiopathic granulomatous mastitis.
- Clear oil spaces with variable rim of small to giant multinucleate foreign body giant cells.
- Stellate asteroid bodies in some FBGC (bottom right photo, right-of-center).
- Subtle collagenous fibrosis expected in silicone granulomas (more subtle than expected in this case).
