Adenoid cystic carcinoma,, exclusion of a metastasis is mandatory before considering it a primary lesion.

I will be going out for most of the day and as you have got the diagnosis right I will post it now. Well done Mona, with cutaneous adenoid cystic carcinoma, it is always prudent to exclude a metastasis.
