At low power, fibrous septa (sign of long-standing lesion) between irregular nodules with central necrosis, imparting a pseudogranulomatous appearance. High power shows polygonal cells with eosinophilic cytoplasm and relative uniform nuclei. These features associated to immunoreactivity for pancytokeratin and CD34 drive me to think of epithelioid sarcoma.
