cutaneous leiomyosarcoma.

Lesion is multinodular so I consider plexiform schwannoma for S100. There is clefting which is usually seen in circumscribed neuroma but I think it is not the case.

A dermal multinodular tumor of spindle cells with reminiscence of Verocay bodies on the outskirts. Plexiform schwannoma should be the diagnosis.

DD: Schwannoma plexiform variant, BFH cellular variant. Needs immunos.
