Erythema nodosum, can not find vasculitis. Focal fat necrosis can be seen in EN.

Predominantly lobular paniculitis with tuberculoid granuloma and necrosis. I thought about erythema induratum and also erythema nodosum leprosum

I favor erythema nodosum. I expect better form tuberculoid granuloma in erythema induratum/nodular vasculitis.
