General Remarks:
I did review the original papers of squamoid eccrine ductal carcinoma and I
think really we are talking about lesions that are in a spectrum with MAC
but basically lack significant pleomorphism and that are deceptively low grade
but infiltrative and require margin control surgery. I would use the term
adenosquamous carcinoma when for non-poroid lesions that are more obviously
pleomorphic.
