Neutrophil rich subcorneal microabscesses: Has to be pustular psoriasis, though Tinea infections would also be in the differential.

In addition to what Dr. Sasi has already mentioned I would include Reiter's syndrome (keratoderma blennorrhagica), irritatant contact dermatitis and pustular drug eruption in the differential.
