84 years-old white man who developed a left palmar lesion after burning his palm on a hot motorcycle muffler. Clinial DDx: SCC vs. Porokeratosis.

Palmar circunscribed hipokeratosis.

Circumscribed acral hypokeratosis. Sudden decrease of the thickness of both stratum corneum and stratum granulosum.
Picture #3 do not show cornoid lamella once there's no parakeratosis. Actually, a acrosyringium is shown.

Agree. Circumscribed acral hypokeratosis.
