A cystic tumor showing papillary projections lined by two cell layers with apical snouts of the inner cells. It’s a hidrocystoma differentiating toward apocrine secretory coil.

I can see true fibrous core and papillary projections, so It is an Apocrine cystadenoma.

I favor apocrine hidrocystoma. The 'glassy fibrosis' in the adjacent dermis under the cyst wall is a feature I note often in hidrocystomas, though I don't know how specific that is.
