Hidrocystoma with apocrine differentiation and complex foci of ductal proliferation (so-called apocrine cystadenoma).

Agree with apocrine cystadenoma ( eccrine/apocrine architecture with duct-like structures featuring dual cell layers, with inner lining showing smooth versus focal apocrine snouting. Deeply eosinophilic proteinaceous lumenal secretion. No significant cytologic atypia or proliferative activity.).
