Looks like a cellular blue naevus to me.

Thank you Prof Phillip for making this online scientific community.
For this case I am thinking of, Monsel solution from previous skin surgery.

I would call this hypopigmented variant of common blue nevus. Is the clinical appearance of the lesion truly dark?
Many thanks to Dr. McKee, not only to create this website, where pathologists interested in skin disease can improve ability and knowledge. Here beginners get the chance of taking contact with dermatopathology experts in order to become experts.
I am also deeply grateful to Dr. McKee for the books he has written. Some of them are my daily partner at work.
Je vous souhaite bonne chance dans cette nouvelle étape.

Many thanks to Dr. McKee for his great efforts in dermatopathology and wish the best for him in retirement.
I feel the lesion represents cellular/sclerotic blue naevus.

It would fit best with a sclerosing (fibrotic) blue nevus if such a distinction is worthwhile. Many thanks for your kind comments. It has been a pleasure working with you all.

Best wishes for your retirement. Not only will we miss you here, but I expect the "Hawks" team will much miss your support in the 'benign-vs-malignant' free-for-alls on the Difficult Opinion Cases.

Your books helped me tie it all together--clinical and pathology-- when I was a pathology-trained fellow facing the challenge of the dermpath boards. This site...years later...adds an extra dimension of daily challenge and discussion that doesn't exist anywhere else. Thank you for making all that possible.

Thanks a million, Dr. McKee, your efforts and knowledge were inspirational and mostly the foundation for many of us who are just stepping on your footprints through a path that you helped look comprehensive, understandable and uniquely rewarding. My best wishes for your retirement.

Thanks again for all your kind comments. I will still be looking at the difficult cases etc but I have handed over the lead role to Mark Hurt who I know will be a wonderful replacement. I can see the site growing from strength to strength under his leadership.
