I observe a soft tissue tumor composed of lipocytes, delicated vessels and many inflammatory cells. I´m thinking about a Well differentiated liposarcoma of the inflammatory type.

The presence of a myxoid backdrop supporting a prominent capillary vascular network, univacuolar lipoblasts, and primitive round cells drives me to the diagnosis of round cell liposarcoma. Site and age are also helpful.

I agree with Robledo too. Many of those cells I thought were inflammatory, in fact are round cells. The arciform vessels match wih the diagnosis.

Agree...compatible with intermediate grade round-cell liposarcoma, based on these images. Some multinucleated foam cells, prominent nucleoli, ? mitotic activity.
