I see a relatively hypocellular proliferation of nonatypical spindle cells arranged in fascicles. The background is highly collagenized and there are several prominent slit-like vessels. There is infiltration of adipose tissue. In my opinion this is an abdominal wall desmoid fibromatosis.

Although abdominal wall desmoid fibromatosis is rare in men, mainly in an older man, it do occur.
This case seems to be of a small-sized lesion attached to the subcutis, once its spiculated extensions infiltrate the contiguous fat, not the muscle or fascia.

Agree. Desmoid (Extra-abdominal desmoid tumor).
Most common on the trunk, but sometimes affects extremities.
