Clear-cell tumor with atypical nuclei and brisk mitotic activity. Between tumor cells there are entrapped masses of hyalinized and myxoid stroma. Foci of peripheral palisading resembling the outer root sheath of hair follicles.
Trichilemmal carcinoma is my preferred hypothesis, but immunohistochemical panel is mandatory in order to distinguish from others clear-cell tumors of the skin.

In the absence of obvious epidermal connection and in the presence of mucin deposition I would prefer much less exotic and controversial tumor, namely BCC, recurrent with clear cell change

This was a difficult one, it's BCC with amyloid and focal clear cell change.
