Sarcoma showing univacuolated and multivacuolated lipoblasts, as well as bizarre cells with scalloped nuclei. An atypical mitotic figure is also shown. Pleomorphic liposarcoma is my opinion.

Wow! what an extraordinary case...pleo liposarcoma so rare in breast...as compared to metaplastic sarcoma or malignant phyllodes..
