Solid-cystic tumor embedded in a hyalinized stroma. The predominant solid nodular component comprises lobules of bland polygonal cells with eosinophilic or clear cytoplasm. Ductal differentiation can be seen.
Hidradenoma is my opinion.
An unique and normal mitotic figure is not enough to construe a diagnosis of malignant tumor.
