At first glance, keeping in mind this tumor was taken from the arm, I thought it was chondroid lipoma, but the presence of branching tubules drove me to lipomatous mixed tumor of the skin, although it typically occurs in head and neck.

My diagnosis was benign mixed tumor. I was impressed particularly by the sheer number of lipocytes in the lesion.
