Mature fat admixed with eccrine glands is characteristic of adenolipoma, typically occuring in the thigh.

The same eccrine gland is seen in the center of figures # 1, 2, 3 and 4. Another one is seen in figure # 5. I think the eccrine glands are too rare to consider this lesion an adenolipoma. Maybe it would be better called a nevus lipomatosus superficialis.
