Not too sure about this one. Rather featureless collagenous lesion.
My differential includes burnt out dermatofibroma, scar or collagenous fibroma.

Agree wth Dr Engin, sclerotic fibroma.Some people believe it is a variant of dermatofibroma.
Nice playwood pattern.

I agree with storiform collagenoma/ sclerotic fibroma. The laminated collagen with whorling and the hypocellularity are in keeping with this diagnosis.

My only other thought was to do an EMA to rule out sclerosing perineurioma but agree probably sclerotic fibroma.

Agree with my colleagues: sclerotic fibroma. Case history suggests a solitary lesion, what makes less likely a relationship with Cowden disease.

Sclerotic fibroma. This was a solitary lesion. The patient does not have Cowden's.
