Erythema nodosum .The structure in the last image is Meischer Granuloma.

[font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif][size=4]Panniculitis displaying granulomata and sparse mixed inflammatory infiltrate within thickened septa. Granulation tissue with small collections of neutrophils and foamy macrophages can be found at the periphery of fat lobules.
I go with erythema nodosum, probably related to upper respiratory tract infection, drugs or [color=#000000]rheumatologic disease[/color], though I feel a little uncomfortable because [/size][/font][font=arial, helvetica, sans-serif]erythema nodosum[/font][font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif][size=4] is not typical for a patient in her sixties. [/size][/font]

Agree...Erythema nodosum is a reasonable diagnosis (without stains and/or additional clinical information to suggest otherwise). [/font][/size]
