Agree entirely with Romualdo, but would exclude ALCL and DLBCL.

Hard to see if the epidermis is involved. islands of large epitheliod cells with vesicular nuclei and promnet nucleolous. very pleomorphic. I dont see any keratinisation, prickels etc. Islands surrounded by dense inflamation, predominantly lymphocytes but I think i see plasma cells also. I see those large densely moave cells with the large purple nuclei. I was thinking Lymphomepithelioma like carcinoma also except that it is very rare. pankeratin to highlihgt the epitheliod cells maybe.

I think lymphoepithelial carcinoma is a nice hypothesis and would rule out not only CALCL, but also Rosai-Dorfman disease, despite the atypical cells. Add S-100 to the immunohystochemical painel.
