Hello dear friends. I missed you all and our wonderful discussions. Much work to do here and new roles and responsibilities since I got the International Board Certification in Dermatopathology.

I’m very pleased in making a quick stop at this site and note that DermpathPRO not only keeps offering an outstanding educational forum, but also the old and new involved participants continue creating an increasingly greater level.

Yes, I agree with epidermolytic acanthoma, assuming the lesion is a solitary one. This could be epidermolytic epidermal nevus if there are systematized lesions with this pattern of papillomatous epidermolytic hyperkeratosis.
