18-year-old female with long stay in ICU and multiple drug exposures now with 2-3 day history of generalized erythema and full thickness erosions and desquamation. Biopsy of left arm.

Have all of you seen extensive hair follicle involvement with TEN? I thought it was an interesting finding in this case.
