Tufted hemangioma versus glomeruloid hemangioma. I favor the first based on the clinical information of a solitary lesion and the almost solid cellular proliferation with semilunar spaces at its periphery.

I called it glomeruloid hemangioma (differential: glomeruloid vs. tufted). This was a solitary lesion, and as far as I know, there is no history of POEMS.
