Agree with apocrine papillary cystadenoma

Agree it does not look overtly malignant but with the blue mucin I would also consider a (sparsely) mucinous carcinoma (tubulocystic variant) especially at this anatomic location. The apocrine papillary cystadenoma should have a complete myoepithelial layer on p63.

Apocrine papillary cystadenoma, with (eccrine) mucinous metaplasia.

Had seen a similar case before with bland cytology and mixed apocrine/eccrine/mucinous features.
Rare case reports exist, e.g. J Cutan Pathol. 2005 Apr;32(4):307-9.

This was signed out as an endocrine mucin producing sweat gland carcinoma of the eyelid. The tumor was synaptophysin positive.
