Cellular neurofibroma with CD34-positive fibroblasts of the endoneurium.

My diagnosis was neurofibroma. I think it [i]is [/i]slightly hypercellular, and I showed it because of the nice "fingerprint" effect with CD34. Congrats to everyone for getting it right!
